Clint Eastwood is sticking to his empty chair.
The 82-year-old Hollywood icon said he had no regrets Tuesday about his bizarre speech during the Republican National Convention.
Eastwood, whose movie “The Trouble with the Curve” opens Friday, told “Extra”: “If somebody’s dumb enough to ask me to go to a political convention and say something, they’re going have to take what they get.”
On “Ellen,” Eastwood said he was “trying to have some fun … the Democrats who were watching thought I was going senile, and the Republicans knew I was.”
